I snootily would prefer certain varieties, thank you. Still and all, these trees were very exciting, and now I want one with my four favorite varieties: Black Twig, Northern Spy, Jonathan [except Jonathans don't do well around here, so I would have to have a different type, like a Pearmain or a Cox Orange Pippin], and (yes I know it's not an heirloom) Pink Lady. I like the idea of pick-your-own apple flights.
